Our thriving economy is turning more heads, landing at #2 on the list. We sit at #9 for fiscal stability, and #14 for opportunity, and we also did pretty well in 5 other benchmarks! When all the rankings are averaged out, it puts Utah at number 1, followed by New Hampshire, Nebraska, Minnesota, and Idaho at number 5!
